1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "vs55" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at vs55.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the vs55 brand.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a vs55 account and uses the platform to place bets, participate in casino games, or access any other service offered by vs55.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile associated with a Player on the vs55 platform, identified by a username and secured by a password.
• "Funds" means the balance of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held within a Player's vs55 wallet, including any bonus credits clearly labelled as such.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by vs55 to eligible Players, subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed against those funds.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" refers to vs55's identity verification process, which may require Players to submit documentation confirming their identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" " means the suite of player-protection features available on vs55, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means UTC+6, the time zone in which all vs55 platform timestamps, promotional deadlines, and support operating hours are expressed.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the vs55 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any feature of the vs55 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the vs55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this document.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• The information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the vs55 platform. This age restriction applies without exception to all Players, regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform. vs55 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will immediately suspend and investigate any account suspected of being held by an underage individual.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on vs55. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Registration Information

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, truthful, and complete. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Players must promptly update their account details if any information changes. vs55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time.

3.4 KYC Verification

vs55 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification programme. Players will be required to submit identity verification documents — which may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — prior to processing their first withdrawal, or at any earlier point if the platform's risk systems flag the account for review. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is concluded satisfactorily.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

vs55 is operated for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. Access from certain other jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using vs55 does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in their jurisdiction. vs55 accepts no liability for Players who access the platform from restricted territories.

4 Account Security

The security of your vs55 account is your responsibility. By registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will choose a strong, unique password for your vs55 account and will not reuse a password you use for other online services.
• You will not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances.
• You will enable OTP two-step verification if prompted to do so by the platform.
• You will log out of your vs55 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You will notify vs55 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

vs55 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from vs55 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

vs55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials, or where the Player voluntarily shared their credentials with a third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vs55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the vs55 cashier interface at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and Player account tier. vs55 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players where practicable.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's vs55 wallet in real time, subject to confirmation from the relevant mobile financial service provider. In rare cases of system delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, Players should contact vs55 support with their transaction reference number.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are completed within 15 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification check prior to first payment.

5.5 Withdrawal to Payment Source

As a measure to prevent money laundering and financial fraud, vs55 requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made, up to the value of the original deposit. Any net winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to the Player's account.

5.6 Currency

All transactions on vs55 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. vs55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion fees. Players are solely responsible for any charges levied by their mobile financial service provider or bank in connection with transactions to or from vs55.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

vs55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting offers), and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are disclosed in full at the point at which each bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request will be processed against funds that include a bonus balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must result in ৳20,000 of total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vs55 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, vs55 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the account involved.

6.4 Promotional Calendar

vs55 aligns promotional activity with Bangladesh's cultural and sporting calendar. Special offers are routinely available during BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All such promotional offers remain subject to the general bonus terms in this section and any specific terms disclosed with each offer.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on vs55 are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the vs55 Help Centre. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, vs55 relies on data provided by its official data feed partners. The result recorded by those partners at the time of settlement shall be considered final, subject to any official result correction notified within 72 hours of the event's completion.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered subject to data availability and system capacity. vs55 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle in-play markets at its discretion in cases of data feed failure, clear pricing error, or confirmed integrity concerns relating to the event in question. Players accept that the live betting environment carries inherent technological and data risks.

7.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on vs55 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by our game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. vs55 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live casino results are determined by the physical outcomes of games conducted in certified studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session, the hand or round in progress at the time of the failure may be voided and all bets returned.

7.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before reaching the point at which a market is settled, all bets relating to that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' wallets, unless the specific rules of the market state otherwise. Voided bets do not count towards the fulfilment of any wagering requirement.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs55 platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on vs55, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using vs55 for any form of money laundering activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to vs55 support promptly.
• Placing bets on events where you hold insider information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using chargebacks or payment reversals as a mechanism to reclaim deposited funds after those funds have been wagered.
• Attempting to access the vs55 platform or other Players' accounts through any unauthorised technical means.

9 Responsible Gaming

vs55 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be used as a means to generate income or to resolve financial difficulties.

vs55 provides the following Responsible Gaming tools, accessible from every registered Player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps in BDT. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.

10 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vs55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vs55 content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any vs55 content.
• Use the vs55 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract any data from the vs55 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of vs55 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vs55 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from the use of — or inability to use — the vs55 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage of any kind.
• Technical disruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or errors in data feeds that affect the availability or accuracy of the platform during live betting or game sessions.
• Loss arising from a Player's reliance on any information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, or promotional terms that contain typographical errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vs55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

vs55's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or connected to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim first arose.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

vs55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation. By registering an account on vs55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key commitments vs55 makes regarding your personal data include:

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Your data will be protected using 256-bit SSL encryption (TLS 1.3) in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

13 Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made, vs55 will notify registered Players via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the revised Terms come into effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the vs55 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance before the revision takes effect.

The date at the top of this document ("Effective Date") will be updated each time a new version of the Terms is published. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and vs55, the following procedure shall apply:

3. Records: vs55 maintains comprehensive records of all bets, transactions, account activity, and communications. In any dispute, these records shall be considered the primary source of factual evidence, unless the Player can demonstrate a clear system error or data integrity failure.
